  I'm tired of this bank not allowing me to withdrawal my money when I need too, they keep saying they have limits, but in all reality it's my money and I control it not them, so I feel I should be able to take my money out when I please they keep saying to go to a branch but the branch is currently closed at the moment but yet they suggest to go to one right now and I keep telling them that they're closed at the moment and they keep repeating it, he suggested I take 1500 dollars cash back at a grocery store which is ridiculous.

  It feels odd rating a Wells Fargo, but I had a really great experience. Medbor, a personal banker, went above and beyond helping us with our loan. He diligently followed up with us regarding the status of our application. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. We've considered other banks with less fees and with locations on the Missouri side, but the customer service we've consistently received from Wells Fargo has been outstanding, and this branch is particularly great.

  Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes on the phone to talk to a live person. Someone gets on the phone and says I need to talk to another department. I've now sat on the phone for 20 more minutes and no one. All I'm trying to do is find out how to take my car payment. I can't hold anymore because I work. I'm very frustrated!
