  I had car insurance through through them and decided to switch my home owner's insurance over. About a month after switching my home owner's insurance I received notification that they were cancelling my policy because of the age of my roof. I told my agent before switching that my roof was older and that I would be replacing it in the spring. Once I got the notification I spent a week trying to contact someone at their office and no one got back to me until I threatened to cancel my car insurance. I was so frustrated with them that I decided to cancel my auto policy and switch to Triple A for home and auto which was much cheaper anyway and my agent responds to me. Since I have cancelled I am still receiving statements from them and they automatically renewed my policy even though I cancelled and prior to cancelling I sent them a notice to not renew. I can't tell you how many emails I have sent them with no reply. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to deal with a claim from them.
